Generation A program again opens its doors to welcome young people. Since 2012, many young specialists have started their professional career with Generation A. Today, they are creating and paving their success path at Ameriabank.     

We support the youth in acquiring new knowledge, skills and experience, growing to become competitive specialists to have numerous achievements and contribute to the paramount target of development of our country.  

Generation A 15 is an exceptional chance to become one of the most demanded customer service specialists. This time the applicants will have the opportunity to specialize in three directions and become: 

  • Customer Service Specialist
  • Loan Officer
  • Specialist of Contact Center     

The program is open to young people aged 21-27, who are flexible and have a growth mindset, enjoy interaction, strive for continuous development, are caring and people-centered, and are ready for long-term cooperation. 

Three-month full time (9 a.m.-6 p.m.) theoretical training, followed by three-month practical training in the head office and branches, with competitive remuneration paid to the participants. After successful completion of the course, the participants will be given an exclusive opportunity to start a job at one of Ameriabank’s branches or the Contact Center. 

The application deadline is March 12.
