AMERIABANK CJSC invites specialized architectural and design companies to get pre-qualified for procurement processes organized within the framework of architectural and design projects implemented by the Bank.

Prequalification will be conducted in two lots:

Lot 1 – FOR SPECIALIZED ARCHITECTURAL COMPANIES

The interested participant is required to prepare design documents for a potential branch of Ameriabank CJSC as presented in Annex 1, including:

  • Architectural, engineering and construction parts  
  • Electrification 
  • Heating and ventilation 
  • Work and cost estimate 
  • Specifications 
  • Permissible dimensions of furniture for the premise, layout of the floor and furnishing plans with desks’ positioning, taking into account the number of people  
  • Drawings required for construction works, with sections marked, in DWG format. Schedule of works
  • Layout of the floor and furnishing plans with desks’ positioning, taking into account the number of people  
  • AS-Built drawings to be provided upon completion of the construction works 

Detailed terms of reference are available in Annex 1.

Lot 2 - FOR SPECIALIZED DESIGN COMPANIES

The interested participant is required to prepare design and adaptation drawings, including:

  • Interior adaptation
  • Billboards (at the main entrance, on walls, the facade, etc.)
  • Placement of furniture in the adaptive design 
  • Additional items (information booths, signboards, partitions, etc.)
  • Layout with desks’ positioning
  • Lighting distribution diagram
  • Facade adaptation (advertising items, window glass filming, Express Banking, sun-screening...)
  • Advertisement letters to be placed on the roof 
  • Designer supervision  
  • A new design and solutions, where necessary 

All this requires dimensional drawings (three-dimensional or two-dimensional modeling), material and technical specifications, technical drawings with sections and solutions, explanatory notes containing advice on the materials and fittings used. Companies should submit their bids by completing the green boxes in Annex 2 according to the template.

The interested company may participate in prequalification applying for one Lot or all of them.

In addition to compliance with the terms of reference, the participants are required to submit documentary evidence for the following requirements: 

  1. Portfolio
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in the sector

Works done in the banking/financial sector can be considered as an advantage.

The participants complying with the terms and conditions set forth in this invitation will be included in Ameriabank CJSC’s list of prequalified participants and will be directly invited for involvement in procurement processes organized within the framework of architectural and design projects implemented by the Bank during a period of three years. 

Bids should be sent by email to tenders@ameriabank.am, with Architect Qualification or Designer Qualification in the Subject line, followed by the name of the bidding company.

Please also read the file titled Conflict of Interests and note that companies or individuals are required to inform Ameriabank about any existing or potential conflict of interest before implementation of procurement. In this case, they cannot take part in the procurement process, except when the situation is disclosed by them and is acceptable for Ameriabank.
