Ameriabank invites all qualified companies to submit a proposal for the Call Center Software provision project.    

The offers should be sent to which should include:

  1. Executive Summary
  2. The Participant Corporate Information
  3. Overview of Proposed Solution
  4. Overview of Solution Architecture, technical details and functionalities
  5. Hardware and other systems required for successful implementation
  6. Overview of Proposed Implementation Plan and Team
  7. Training, support and maintenanc
  8. Financial proposal which should include
    • Commercial offer: all prices should be presented in USD including all taxes of the vendor country (if any), in case of non-resident companies and AMD for residents of RA. The commercial offer should include:
      • License Price and Scheme if applicable
      • Implementation costs
      • Implementation Services
    • CVs’ of the relevant employees
