Ameriabank deems staff motivation a guarantee of success in crisis environment

In consideration of unprecedented growth rate in some indicators, and staff policy of the strategic partner Troika Dialog Group regarding formation of and adherence to the Dream-Team idea, the Board of Directors of Ameriabank CJSC discussed 2008 Performance Results and made a decision, with a view to staff motivation, to pay annual bonuses despite the existing financial-economic developments in the market. 
Nowadays, the international economic crisis has caused many employers to cut jobs, reduce salaries: nevertheless, the unfavorable economic conditions did not hinder Ameriabank from implementing tasks stipulated by the HR Policy, with correct staff motivation and exercising of leverage in forming and maintaining the best team.
Prioritizing the performance-based evaluation principle of each employee, in the current year, the bank has developed and introduced a new 360o staff performance evaluation system, whereby a special and comprehensive evaluation approach is demonstrated toward each employee, providing an opportunity to ensure salary increases even within the same position range.
